Alright to be
Black and White

If there was ever to be a rose ceremony in this bachelor pad, the owner knew he would be needing a few updates. The home had a mid-century modern vibe and naturally gave the home a special charm. W.I.N.K.'s objective was too open up the kitchen to the living room so that the natural light could illuminate both spaces. A new floor plan and kitchen layout would also allow the young home owner to entertain his guests. A beautiful grey luxury vinyl replaced the old tile in the kitchen and the carpeting in the living room and extended through the hallways. The kitchen sink made its home in the new island which allowed the owner to have access to the views provided by 2 big picture windows. This island also became the anchor with the addition of bar stools and custom designed wine rack conveniently next to it. Sophisticated matte black appliances along with the black granite countertops complimented the flat panel full overlay white custom cabinetry. The client also loved the color red. These red accents made for a perfect addition to the black and white backdrop while still keeping the look clean and modern.

The bathroom was updated as well with W.I.N.K.'s line of custom cabinetry and same color palette.
